The young boy goes to the school and he is one of our Sponsored kids. he’s smart but he always has to skip school because of his duty at home to carry water for bathing and cooking. This little young man has very good brain at studying.

Now that their dad is dead they will have to struggle more. They live in little house behind them in the picture. Now the Mother has to feed her four kids who are really very young. The Youngest one is only over One year old. I am sure if you have had kids or have seen situations like this you can feel for them.

What if what you have more than you need could help these Lives really Better and Brighter? What if what is not big amount to you could help these lives much easier and better? Would you consider to pray for them. Especially for the mother! Now that she will have to raise Four Kids without a regular job and even when she finds a job it only last one day or two the most and has to find another again because being uneducated all the job she could get is at constructions work and others at her level. And the money she makes is like only 2US$ a day!

NOMI (ISOLD): By attending this Institute my life has been changed. Before I attended this institute I lived meaningless life. By attending this Institute I have had progress in knowledge and understanding of the importance of leadership, management and communication. After learning all these subjects, I don’t want to waste all the precious time anymore like I did before. This institute stirs my heart and soul to live meaningfully.  I believe that ISOLD course is very essential and important for those who are serving the Lord in ministry and church leaders because learning this course helps us realize the importance of the foundation of faith and leaders’ roles in the Kingdom. After being taught by these wonderful and renowned leaders in the world today my foundation of faith gets stronger than ever before. And then this course taught me as a church leader how to plant a church and make it grow. And then I understood the supernatural power of praise and worship and how to worship God and the qualities a pastor or a church leader need to have. By taking this course it really stirs my heart to serve the Lord and gives me confidence in Christ.

Ngai Naing Sein (ISOLD): I learned very important lessons in our school. Among those my favorite subject is Leadership. Leadership is the most important yet most neglected things in our life, country, nation, family and friendships. Leadership is ability to create vision or clearly knowing our destination. Without knowing the destination, I can’t much accomplish in life. Management also is very important. Without managing myself, I will never become all I want to be in life. I have come to clearly see my destination then implement How to get there during my stay in this school. Through ISOLD course I have improved myself at praise and worship, become more matured in faith, when I was listening to the VCDs, I have been so much strengthened in so many ways. Our school is leadership school and it is very good for me. I think every bible school and Christians should take ISOLD course to make themselves grow in the Lord.

SAW MIN TUN (ISOLD): When I started my study at NewLife Leadership Institute my life began to improve and change for the better. Because of this school teaches me the Word of to be the highest authority in my life, how to apply Human resource management in our ministries, how to lead others and myself well and teaches me personal life Management. And the ISOLD course teaches me to foundation of faith, show how to serve the Lord and guide me how to minister to people and how to listen the voice of God in difficult times. So I would say that this course encourages me much in my life and profits me a lot. As a Christian; if we want to grow and bear good fruit, we should learn try to take up this course as well.

Kyaw Linn Htait (ISOLD): This course helped me to be closer to God and encouraged me in so many ways. Before getting into this school, I didn’t know how to improve my communication skills but this school helps me better at my communication skills and teaches me to how keep improving in this area. I grew in the Lord and mature din the Lord through the teachings I received from ISOLD. I am now growing in the Lord as I serve in different ministries of NewLife Church of God, Yangon, Myanmar. SHWE LEING (ISOLD): My life was totally changed when I joined this institute: I knew nothing about vision, Leadership, integrity and life’s principle before I attended this school. After joining this NewLife Leadership institute I deeply come to understand the importance of the personal vision, life’s principle and integrity in everyone’s life. My name is M. Theophilus Zau Shan. Before I came to N.L.I I had no idea what really leadership was all about. But through the guiding of God I was able to enroll at N.L.I. I count it as the greatest and wonderful opportunity for me to have been a student of this institute. After being here I knew that God changed my life. In the contemporary era, our Christian society is demanding for the good leaders as well as the world is crying for the mighty leadership.  I honestly believe that I was born to lead people, God designed me to lead, to have authority and take dominion according to the teaching of (Gen.1:26) which I had no idea about before joining this school. Under the training of N.L.I I’ve been equipped with necessary tools for life such as mental courage, integrity, faithfulness. I am very honored to have been able to join this institute. I really do express my thanks and deepest gratitude to the director of N.L.I, Prof: Robin Kung my very first trainer in leadership. I truly believe that this institute will be producing numberless of young effective Christian leaders in the future. After having studied in this institute I’ve set my vision for life that “I must be the great leader in the future for the sake of Jesus Christ”. I wanted to be not only a leader, but a leader of leaders. I’ll be always trying to fulfill the vision that God has given me.

Thein Kyaw Oo: Before going to Bible School I thought I was still young to do anything great for the Lord. I had bad habits. I wasn’t good even in the eyes of people around me. Though I was born from Christian family I lived my Christian life in very unpleasant ways. I did not forgive people. I did go to church but to make my parents happy. After coming to Bible school my life has been changed.  I came to progress in having a good habits and starting to be able to forgive others. I came to realize that worldly things aren’t always stable. This course taught me so many important lessons for my life. I will keep learning music and try to be a good pianist in the future. I hope and pray to continue my Biblical studies in the future too. I will get involved in ministries as the Lord leads.

I am Zin Hnem, before coming to this school I did not have any idea about what communication, financial planning and leadership are. This school has taught me so many important things in and for my life. My vision becomes clearer through sharpening myself here. Now I have committed myself to teach children.  I am very interested in Children and plan to develop as much as I can to make their lives beautiful. This school prepares me to be the kind of person I wanted to be. It teaches me so many things that are important in everyone’s life such as Communication skills, Leadership Abilities, how to Manage our personal life and more. My name is Miss Zin Hniang. I am a transferred student from other schools. When I was in other schools I did not really know what I wanted in my life though I was attending the school. I knew nothing but when I came to this school I felt so different about life and came to understand the nature of life and works (ministries). I know that I have grown so much through this school. Our teachers taught us so many helpful and inspiring subjects and through those I gained so much knowledge. I have had high morale through the teachings I got from the school. I have been able to improve my managerial skills and gained lots of wisdom and built my character up. I also go to Bible studies on Saturdays and it has helped me grow and mature in the Lord. This school though has not helped me to be perfect but has helped me to realize what my calling is and understand that every success has the price to be paid for. Thank God for opportunity to study here.

Cherry Win: Before I got to Bible School I knew Jesus Christ as a savior, but did not receive Him as a Savior. I always went to church and Sunday school too. I did not believe him with all my heart. At that one pastor taught me a bout salvation and I went to camp too. I was still attending 10^th standard high school. I desired to study Bible at the Bible school and in 2005. Only when I got to this Bible school that I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior and Lord. After that I really wanted to know God more deeply. I am so glad to have this chance to study at NewLife Leadership Institute. I am strengthened by all teachings of our teachers and my faith got stronger in Him. I am able to graduate this year by the grace of God and everything in my life is by the grace of God. My vision is to build up all parentless and to keep them safe and give them a good future. As much as I can I will help children to develop them into their God given potentials. I will serve God with all I am and everything I can do for Him. Glory to God!

Dim Lun Cing: Before attending NewLife Leadership Institute, I knew what faith is but had not practiced in my own life. Though I was working in ministries I had not had the joy and peace in my heart. My health was giving me so much trouble in the ministries. When I was taught about Faith in this school I came to realize to practice faith in my life from then on my health has improved and I have been healthy up to this day. After this I went to ministries and felt so different because God has given me joy and peace in serving Him.  God blessed me with so many good teachers and I have grown and matured in the Lord. I got strong physically and spiritually as well. I now have the strength to face any opposition that may come my way by the power of Jesus Christ that gives me Strength.

Earning very small amount of money each day, everyone looks for the easy way. Girls go on to be prostitutes and they now do Bold films, and all sex things. Men say that they are lucky that they are not women but women reply, “We’re luckier and better than men because what a man earns in the whole month we can take from him in a moment of one session” it’s funny but that is what everyone is doing here. Easy life! Everyone wants a job but no job is available and as you know only few people are educated in here. So young men will go to Malaysia ten apply for Refugee status then move on with their lives. Most girls are now going towards that direction!
So, one of the young men came to our church, he is our friend from soccer field.  He sincerely wanted to be our friend but because of the difficulty at home when he saw my hand set which I put on my table, he stole it. We didn’t know that he stole it, because I never thought he would. But two days later, the police showed up at our school and they asked us if we have something that is missing. We told them that nothing was missing because I never thought that the phone was missing, I only thought it was just misplaced. But the police said have you not lost phone? Then we said, “yes” we’ve arrested one man and he said that he stole it from this church. We were just surprised to hear of it. Life is hard, getting harder! Less job more people in the city. But our God, the great provider has been providing for us through our faithful friends like you! Thank you for being such a great friend who’s faithful to stand behind us and having us in your heart and prayers! We all know that our rewards awaits us in heaven for little thing we do on earth because of our Lord!

Commitment is having no plan B.

1. Elisha proved it -we can read about him in 2 Kings about what he did after Elijah was caught into heaven. He could have given up and gone back to where he was before. But he had no plan B, he burned everything he was living on. Read I KINGS 19:19-21 Elijah went straight out and found Elisha son of Shaphat in a field where there were twelve pairs of yoked oxen at work plowing; Elisha was in charge of the twelfth pair. Elijah went up to him and threw his cloak over him. 20 Elisha deserted the oxen, ran after Elijah, and said, “Please! Let me kiss my father and mother good-bye—then I’ll follow you.” “Go ahead,” said Elijah, “but, mind you, don’t forget what I’ve just done to you.” 21 So Elisha left; he took his yoke of oxen and butchered them. He made a fire with the plow and tackle and then boiled the meat—a true farewell meal for the family. Then he left and followed Elijah, becoming his right-hand man.

2. Cortes Proved it too – In 1519, under the sponsorship of Cuba’s Governor Velasquez, Cortes sailed from Cuba to the Mexican mainland with the goal of gaining riches for Spain and fame for himself. Though only thirty-four years old, the young Spanish captain had prepared his whole life for such a chance. But the solders under his command were not as dedicated as he. After he landed, there was talk that the men might mutiny and return to Cuba with his ships. What was his solution? He burned the Ships.

 Do you need to leave some friends in order to fully commit yourself to what you’re doing?

 Do you need an accountable partner?

 Do you have a plan B, in case this doesn’t work out?

Be Committed to what you’re doing, You will be what you are committed to. Believe it or not, try it. Remember what Dr. John Maxwell says, ‘there are no half-hearted champions”

Are you crazy enough to be the champion or be successful with half commitment then check yourself, give all you can be and be all you can be.

I was going to preach soon entitled “the unchanging Christ” where I talked about if God could use whom He used He can use us today. .. God had never failed anyone in the History and God will not fail us if we trust Him.. Christ is Unchanging. He is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever. I was thinking of it hard .. thinking to change the topic but God impressed my heart to press on. So IT was great message though because My Job as God’s children is no matter what is going on in my life I am to lift up the name of Jesus. No matter what kind of situation I am in, I am to lift up the name of Christ. And I was able to do that! Praise God! our youth were encouraged by it I believe. Thank God for everything. I don’t thank Him for troubles but I thank Him that He knows better, I thank Him that He is working in ways that I cannot see with my eyes.

Today in our Morning service only lady stood up and gave her testimony of how

God has fed his family and I was so challenged by it and would like to sharewith you here as well. This lady is the one I wrote about before on the letter called “persecution” which could be read at www.newlifeyangon.ning.com She said, “ When I first came to church as a seeker, I heard testimony of how God multiplied little into many and how God has fed people miraculously. But I didn’t believe it. I only thought well they could feed on small because other believers are helping them. I thought it was really someone believers helping another one. Even after I believe in Christ, though the bible says not to worry about tomorrow, deep down inside I worried how we’d eat the next day. but since it’s been raining season and jobs aren’t much available (this lady works anywhere offers job like carrying bricks in construction to washing clothes for people) we only had 30000 kyat in hand that time. I was so worried how we’re going to eat with this and I thought we could only last for 15 days. My husband lost job, I don’t have jobs. But to my amazement with that money, I don’t even know myself we we’ve been feeding but it’s been two months we’re still holding okay. I believe it’s God that multiplies little into much and I just can’t believe myself. I apologize God for not believing Him to multiply what I have but God has been feeding my family. People came to me and ask how we are living without having jobs. I told them God is feeding us and they said, we don’t believe it. Christians there are giving you money, right? They said. I told them no, if you want to see, come with me to Church and see if any body is giving us money or rice. Then they came with me. Thank God”. As I was listening I was so inspired by her story. Simply faith in God could bring such supernatural provision for this family. This lady is strong. As she brought people to church, those who were asking how they lived and the ones to whom she said, “God is feeding us” and not believe it. Three of them will be given a seminar on New Believers and Water baptism. What a Great God. God is adding numbers little by little.

Never run ahead of God because outruning God isn’t what makes us champions but running with God each step makes us champions.

Keep the FAITH, God will make sure that your needs are met in His ways and in His timming. Our God truly is our wonderful and Almity God. THERE is nothing impossible with our God and Our Future is SAFE in HIM. We trust Him for our whole future!
